1. About Flaunta

Flaunta is an entertainment booking platform operated by Epoch Digital Pty Ltd (ABN pending), Brisbane, Australia. Flaunta allows professional service providers ("Members") to create and manage advertising profiles that are visible to members of the public ("Clients").

Flaunta is an entertainment booking services platform only. We do not facilitate, arrange, or process any payments between Members and Clients. We do not broker, negotiate, or participate in any transactions between Members and Clients. Our sole commercial relationship is with Members who pay advertising fees to list their profiles on this platform.

2. Eligibility

By using Flaunta, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You are accessing this platform from a jurisdiction where viewing adult advertising content is legal.
  • You are not using this platform on behalf of any person under the age of 18.

Members must additionally verify their age and identity before any profile is published. Flaunta will not publish profiles of persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

3. Member Accounts and Subscriptions

Members pay a monthly advertising fee to maintain an active profile. Subscription tiers are described on the pricing page. Fees are for advertising services only and do not guarantee any particular volume of enquiries or commercial outcomes.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law. We accept PayID (direct bank transfer) and cryptocurrency via BTCPay Server. Advertising fees are invoiced as "advertising services."

  • The content does not violate any applicable Australian law.
  • The content does not depict, promote, or facilitate the trafficking or exploitation of any person.

Flaunta reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice and to terminate the membership of any Member who repeatedly breaches these standards.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flaunta to:

  • Advertise services in jurisdictions where such advertising is illegal.

  • Attempt to circumvent age verification or identity verification processes.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform.

6. Age and Identity Verification

All Members must complete age and identity verification before any profile is published. Flaunta uses a manual verification process involving submission of identity documents and a current photo. Profiles that do not pass verification will not be published.

Flaunta reserves the right to require re-verification at any time, including on a 90-day cycle, without notice.
