Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Who We Are

Epoch Digital Pty Ltd ("Flaunta", "we", "us") operates the advertising platform at flaunta.com.au and flaunta.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Information We Collect

Members (escorts who advertise):

  • Email address and phone number (account creation and verification)
  • Profile content: display name, bio, photos, location (suburb/state), availability
  • Identity documents submitted for age verification (stored securely, reviewed by admin only)
  • Payment reference information (PayID transaction references — we do not store card numbers)
  • Device and usage information (IP address, browser type, session data)

Clients (visitors who browse):

  • No account required — we do not collect personal information from clients unless they use the optional messaging feature
  • Messaging: guest contact handle (phone/email) stored encrypted — readable only by the recipient performer
  • Standard server logs: IP address, page requests, timestamps
  • Locally stored preferences (favourites, age verification status) — stored on your device only, not transmitted to us

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the advertising platform
  • To verify age and identity before publishing profiles
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, subscription notifications)
  • To send SMS verification codes
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and policy violations
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information for direct marketing without consent.

4. Encrypted Messaging

Messages sent through the optional platform messaging feature are end-to-end encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Flaunta cannot read the content of encrypted messages. Guest contact handles provided when initiating a message are stored in encrypted form and are only accessible to the recipient performer.

5. Safety Features

Audio recordings made during Safe Session mode are stored encrypted on our servers for a maximum of 72 hours and are accessible only to the Member who created them. Location data transmitted during a safe session is stored temporarily and is deleted when the session is resolved. We do not share safety data with third parties except where required by law or in the case of a genuine emergency.

6. Data Retention

  • Active member account data: retained while subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation
  • Identity verification documents: retained for 7 years to comply with regulatory obligations
  • Safe session audio recordings: maximum 72 hours, then deleted
  • Server access logs: maximum 90 days
  • Messaging threads: retained while the member account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Cloudflare R2 — photo and video storage (hosted in Australia or nearest region)
  • Postmark — transactional email delivery
  • Twilio — SMS verification
  • Hosting — Vultr or Hetzner, Australian region

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Maps, Firebase, or any other Google services. We do not use Stripe.

8. Your Rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations)
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., messaging feature)

To exercise these rights, contact legal@flaunta.com.au.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive stored data, and access controls limiting who can view personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
